            This webinar is designed to educate your managers and supervisors on the company’s basic AA obligations and their role in ensuring compliance.  Topics covered include legal coverage, difference between EEO and AA, components of AAPs, their responsibilities as managers, and recordkeeping requirements.  This training is essential for every contractor striving to ensure management is properly trained and understands the company’s obligations.  It also satisfies the company’s obligation to train its managers on affirmative action. 

            This session explains the definition of Internet Applicant for Recordkeeping Purposes pursuant to OFCCP’s Final Rule.  This webinar is important for HR Managers and Generalists responsible for ensuring AA compliance.  The most important part of any AAP is the analysis of hires to applicants.  If you are not applying the Internet Applicant definition correctly, your analysis may be inaccurate and can subject your company to monetary liability.  If you don’t understand the Internet Applicant rule, you may not be retaining all of the required records.  This training will ensure you understand the rule and can apply it to your company’s practices.

           If your company recently became a federal contractor and you are not sure what this means, this webinar will outline all the new requirements and obligations that your company will now face.  We will cover topics from Affirmative Action Plans to posting jobs to ensuring that you understand the recordkeeping regulations.  In addition to the webinar, you will receive a notebook full of vital forms and samples for your use and implementation.
